The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service reports: "From June 2009 through September 2009, > 2 wolves have killed >93 sheep in the Big Horn Mountains. Control efforts to remove all wolves in the immediate vicinity where the depredations took place have been ongoing since June. On 9/17/09, WY Wildlife Services located and killed a single black male wolf in the midst of a flock of sheep on private property where depredations had previously occurred."
