Anticline Operators Ultra Petroleum, Shell Oil, Questar

On Wednesday, November 18, there will be a presentation by Ultra Petroleum, Shell and Questar, operators on the Pinedale Anticline, in response to public concerns over protecting water, air quality and wildlife.

"Water in the PAPA" is the first in a series of three educational presentations with natural resource and environmental specialists on hand to discuss topics that are important to Sublette County. This presentation will be from 5-7PM in the new wing of the Sublette County Library in Pinedale. Learn about geology, water usage, drilling and completions, and surface facilities, as well as water well best management practices and the ongoing groundwater study.

Future presentations will be on Dec. 15th about Air Quality in the PAPA, and on Jan 19th Wildlife and Reclamation in the PAPA.
