Mountain Man Back Country Horsemen to meet March 1
February 18, 2010
Mountain Man Back Country Horsemen (MMBCH) will hold their monthly meeting on Monday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pinedale BLM building, 1625 W. Pine St.
Local veterinarian Dr. Tina Gehlhausen will be the speaker.
The purpose of MMBCH is to perpetuate the common sense use and enjoyment of horses in Wyoming’s back country and wilderness areas. They work to ensure that public lands remain open to recreational stock use and assist various federal, state and private agencies in their maintenance and management of such resources. The group also goes on group horse rides for their own enjoyment. All members, as well as anyone interested in joining or finding out more about the organization are encouraged to attend this meeting.
