The famously visible wolf dubbed Romeo that has roamed near Juneau, Alaska in recent years is a no-show this winter, according to the Anchorage Daily News. There is much speculation and concern for his possible demise. A recent news account showing photos of Romeo was actually an accounting of the wolf's prior visits to civilization, not recent activity.
