Professional truckers happy over demise of I-80 toll plan
March 2, 2010
Land Line Magazine, the Business Magazine for Professional Truckers, posted an article on their website saying, "Truckers that travel Wyoming are breathing a bit easier after legislation to pursue tolling along Interstate 80 met its demise last week at the statehouse."
The proposed bill would have allowed the Wyoming Department of Transportation to come up with a plan to toll Interstate 80 to help pay for maintenance costs of the heavily-travelled interstate that crosses southern Wyoming.
