Tenth Amendment Center posted a comment on their blog on Wednesday regarding the Wyoming Legislature voting to approve House Joint Resolution 2 (HUR2), Wyoming claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution. Wyoming is now the 10th state to pass similar sovereignty resolutions.
