According to Rocky Mountain Power spokesperson, Dave Eskelsen, 3,921 customers in Pinedale, Boulder, Daniel and Cora lost their power Monday afternoon. The specific problem was not identified, but had to do with a transmission line. The outage lasted a little under two hours, starting around 4:00 PM.
