Rural Health Care District implements Conflict of Interest policy
by Dawn Ballou, Pinedale Online!
June 2, 2010

At a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, June 1st, the Sublette County Rural Health Care District board voted in a new Conflict of Interest Policy for the board and district staff. It was a 2-1 vote in favor of passing.

The Sublette County Rural Health Care Board is an elected board which is currently composed of Bill Budd, Cindy Van, Ken Shriver and Dave Racich. On May 16th, Dick Kalber resigned from the board and Bill Budd stepped down as Chairman. Dave Racich is currently serving as the new Chairman for the board. For the vote on the new Conflict of Interest Policy, Cindy Van and Ken Shriver voted for the policy; Bill Budd voted against it. Dave Racich did not vote, since, as Chairman, he only votes to break a tie.

Below is the text of the new policy.
