The Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic will be offering Sports Physicals on Tuesday, July 27th and Saturday, July 31st. Cost is $40, payment expected at time of service. Cash or check accepted. Insurance will not be billed. Forms can be picked up at the Marbleton Clinic - Please have physical forms filled out prior to exam.

Schedule:
Tuesday, July 27th 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, July 31st 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Kindergarten physicals welcome. (Sublette County School District #9 prefers a urinalysis with each physical)
