The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for the Upper Green River Basin from Midnight August 23 to 9:00AM Tuesday, August 24th.

Temperatures are expected to fall below freezing in the Upper Green River Basin after midnight on Monday, August 23rd. Temperatures will fall to 25 to 30 degrees. A killing freeze is possible for unprotected outdoor plants.

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. The warning includes the cities of Pinedale, La Barge, Big Piney and Farson.
