Bill Schneider has an interesting wolf editorial over on the New West site. Schneider asserts that pro-wolf groups have pushed too hard for too long, and now state agencies and sporting organizations are not willing to negotiate or settle. Instead, the issue of wolf recovery and delisting may become subject to an act of Congress.
