IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO GET IN SHAPE FOR THE 20TH RUNNING OF THE PINEDALE TURKEY TROT 5000.
The 2010 Turkey Trot adventure will be held at 9AM on November 25th at the Sheppard’s house in Pinedale (22 Sportsmans Loop- just south out of Redstone and follow the cones). Registration will start at 8:30 AM. There is no charge but there will be Turkey Trot long sleeved t-shirts with the world famous logo available for $15.
It is a 3-mile course that starts at the Sheppard house, goes into town, through and around the park, over Harmony crossing bridge, and back out to the Sheppard’s. People walk, run, bike, ride horses, etc. It is just a fun time to start Thanksgiving morning out by burning some calories. There has been over 200 participants for the last two years, so come out and join in the festivities.
