The annual Green River Classic Sled Dog Race will be held on Saturday & Sunday, January 1-2, 2011. There will be 6-dog and 12-dog races with a limit of 20 teams per class. The 6-dog race will have a dual start. The races are held along the Green River in the Upper Green on the Bridger-Teton National Forest, at the end of Hwy 352 north of Cora. The GRC is hosted by Wyo Sleddog Events, Inc. 6-dog and 12-dog races. BP America is generously sponsoring a $8,000 purse. For more information go to www.GreenRiverClassic.com.
