As you are aware, Chairman Joel Bousman is in Washington, DC today testifying before the Natural Resources Committee on Secretarial Order 3310.

We were also notified last night that Commissioner John Linn was injured while snowmobiling this weekend and is in Eastern Idaho Hospital in Idaho Falls today recovering from those injuries. We wish him a quick recovery.

Even though there is no quorum today, Vice Chairman Andy Nelson will assume the chair and execute the agenda, and gather information to be forwarded to Commissioners Bousman and Linn upon their return.
