9:29AM Monday, May 9, 2011: The Flood Watch for portions of northwest Wyoming and west central Wyoming has been cancelled. Snow levels have dropped below 8000 feet on Monday morning. All precipitation is now falling mainly as snow over creeks and streams below 9000 feet. Any additional runoff into creeks and streams will be very limited.
