The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) is now accepting bids for the Wyoming Front Aspen Restoration Stewardship Project located on the Pinedale and Kemmerer Field Offices of the Wyoming BLM State Office. This project includes hand slashing of conifers, hand piling of slash, hand slashing of aspen overstory, and mechanical mastication of conifers with optional forest product removal. There will be a pre-bid meeting scheduled on June 16th at 10:00 AM at the BLM Pinedale Field Office. Bids for this project must be received at the RMEF Headquarters by 5:00 PM on July 1, 2011.
