Skyline Drive Overlook Skyline Drive Upper Overlook on Sunday, June 12, 2011.

Dave Bell took this photo of the Upper Overlook on Skyline Drive over the weekend. "The road is now passable to just shy of the Upper Overlook on Skyline Drive. A lot of snow remains at the Upper Overlook and on the slopes. It is great to make it this high, but a sobering reminder--we have a long ways to go before any travel is possible in the high country, unless it is via skiis or snowshoes!" Dave said.
