Interested in preserving your own food? The Sublette Co. Extension Office is sponsoring a Pressure Canning Workshop on Thursday, October 20, 2011.
The class will cover:
- Water Bath & Pressure Canning
- Altitude Adjustments
- Safety Recommendations
- Pressure Gauge Testing
The class will be given in the Sublette Co. Extension Office, 621 S. Pine St. from 5pm-7:30pm. This is a hands-on workshop, food & equipment will be provided. Come ready to work! Cost is $10/session.
