We have received a report from a realtor of some of their For Sale properties being listed by unauthorized persons on other online classified ad websites to appear as rentals in our area. The ads have attractive rental prices that appear lower than our going local rate. We advise caution if an advertisement appears too good to be true, or you are asked to send in payment in advance.
