UW plans changes to student admission categories
Efforts to cultivate college preparedness attitudes in younger students
September 29, 2011

The University of Wyoming is preparing to make some changes in the way it categorizes students for admission, in an effort to help the state better prepare its young people for an increasingly "knowledge-based economy". Their initiative aims to encourage more K-12 students to prepare for and enter college, and to help them succeed when they are at the University of Wyoming.
