Flag Half Staff notice
In honor of former Chief Justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court, Walter Urbigkit

Governor Matt Mead has ordered both the U.S. flag and the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half staff statewide from sunrise to sunset on Friday, November 4, 2011 in honor of former Chief Justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court, Walter Urbigkit who passed away October 31, 2011. Mr. Urbigkit was appointed to the Wyoming Supreme Court in 1985 and served as Chief Justice from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Urbigkit also served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1973 to 1985, including two years as House Minority Leader.
