Changes proposed to Wyoming wolf plan

Wyoming's wolf management plan provides that wolves will be managed as trophy game animals in northwestern Wyoming, including Grand Teton National Park, the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway, and the National Elk Refuge. The fact that this means state officials could allow for hunting within these areas is of concern to certain officials, and now a state legislator says the plan must be changed.
