The Pinedale Aquatic Center invites everyone to these upcoming events.
August 2 - 12pm: Community Youth Recreation Co-Op
The Pinedale Aquatic Center would like to invite all youth programming groups to be a part of a new co-operative. The goal of this co-op is to better serve the community and it's youth by creating a comprehensive Community Youth Activity Calendar. This will help providers and parents avoid over-scheduling and clarify contact information about programs and activities. The co-op will meet quarterly to allow providers to share their program scheduling details and ideas as well as maintain a complete calendar and keep updated contact information. The first meeting will be held at the Pinedale Aquatic Center on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at 12pm in the classroom. Please bring a lunch and your Fall/Winter calendars to share. August 8th - 11am: Jazz Player - DeMarre Carroll Open to all ages. Come join in some fun and games with this NBA player. FREE
August 18 - 12pm: Tennis Block Party – See the newly resurfaced tennis courts. Family fun round-robin tennis tournament and cookout. Open to all tennis playing abilities. FREE
August 29 - 5:30pm: Summer Bash - End the summer with one last burst of fun! Join us for a grill out, a watermelon-eating contest, a Baggo Tournament, and Country Swing Dance (with instruction!). Fun for the whole family - $5/person.
