Main Street Pinedale (MSP) provides Facade Grant Programs to property owners for historic preservation and to improve the attractiveness of the Main Street Pinedale downtown district. The Design Program is to assist property owners who are thinking of considering improvements by providing technical services to explore façade options.

MSP provides 3 areas of Design Program assistance;
1) general renderings for paint improvement and/or signage,
2) complete renderings for facade reconstruction, and
3) the Historic Architecture Assistance Fund (HAAF) for historic buildings.

The Build Program helps fund labor and material costs for facade improvements. Both grant programs require a 50/50 match. Only properties located in the Main Street Pinedale District are eligible and only exterior improvements are funded.

Available funds are approaching $30,000 and have been generously funded by the Sublette Community Foundation, Town of Pinedale, Wyoming Main Street and the MSP Adopt-A-Bench Program.
