Pinedale Anticline Working Group to meet Oct. 25

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) will meet on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 9 a.m. at the Pinedale Field Office, 1625 W. Pine St., Pinedale, Wyo.
The meeting is open to the public. Topics will include:
• A BLM report on recreational activities and projects completed with mitigation funding; • A review of previous cultural task group recommendations and implementation status; • An update on the Green River Drift nomination; and • A presentation and discussion on the option to merge the PAWG with the Wyoming Resource Advisory Council.
The PAWG is tasked with providing balanced recommendations to the BLM on developing and implementing monitoring plans, mitigation and adaptive management decisions for oil and gas activities in the Pinedale Anticline Project Area.
The meeting agenda will be available Oct. 12 at the Pinedale Field Office, on the PAWG webpage at http://www.blm.gov/wy/st/en/field_offices/Pinedale/pawg.html, and at the Sublette County Library at 155 S.
