The Pinedale Travel and Tourism Commission seeks a HD video company to launch an online video series (number to be determined by bidder) to promote the Pinedale, Wyoming winter recreation to potential visitors at www.visitpinedale.org/. The goal of the project is to is to accomplish immediate streaming video that is optimized for functionality that does not require software or application downloads, holds bold imagery in high definition, has social media "sharability", demonstrates excellent creativity consistent with the ALL THE CIVILIZATION YOU NEED campaign and creates a desire to visit the Pinedale area for those that otherwise would not have thought Pinedale as a winter destination. PTTC is not looking for traditional tourism video formats but for an approach that will inspire web visitors to look at Pinedale differently and to share their fresh insights with others. Request for Proposal for Online Video Production
The Pinedale Travel and Tourism Commission (PTTC) is an organization for the Town of Pinedale that focuses on the promotion of Pinedale, Wyoming as a destination for tourists, sportsmen, and business travelers.
Project Objective
The PTTC seeks a comfortable working relationship with a high definition video company to launch an online video series (number to be determined by bidder) to promote the area to potential visitors at http://www.visitpinedale.org. The goal of the project is to is to accomplish immediate streaming video that is optimized for functionality that does not require software or application downloads, holds bold imagery in high definition, has immediate social media "sharability", demonstrates excellent creativity consistent with the ALL THE CIVILIZATION YOU NEED and creates a desire to visit the Pinedale area for those that otherwise would not have thought Pinedale as a winter destination.
The purpose of the videos are to enhance the themes that visitors will find engaging about winter recreation in our mountain town and tell the ALL THE CIVILIZATION YOU NEED brand story in a fresh and entertaining way. PTTC is not looking for traditional tourism video formats but for an approach that will inspire web visitors to look at Pinedale differently and to share their fresh insights with others. A brief will be prepared after the video producer is selected and confirmed to develop the thematic approach for the series.

Proposals shall contain the following in brief:
- Executive Summary containing a description of your company and your project development process
- Demonstration of Qualifications including previous or current unique videos the company has created for other experiential brands
- Roles and responsibilities of the company and all of its agents, subcontractors and their relevant expertise and qualifications
- Description of project proposal within PTTC budget and delivery methods
- Testing
- Proposed schedule
- Costs and payment details
- Terms and conditions

Project Production Requirements within video series:
-30 second Snowmobiling video to be viewed at Jackson Hillclimb March 21-24, 2013
-Snapshot series of area winter recreation; Snowmobiling CDST/Wyoming Range trail systems, ice climbing on Fremont Lake, snowshoeing Elkhart Park/CCC Ponds, Ice Fishing Derby March 2-3 2013, Invitational Ski Races, Nordic and Alpine Skiing/Snowboarding at White Pine Resort, White Pine Ski Area Lodge, Pinedale Hillclimb March 8-9, winter wildlife viewing, snapshots of local restaurants/nightlife/lodging, Sled Dog Race Jan 29th, ice hockey/skating at Ice Arena, Great Outdoor Shop, Gannett Sports, Bucky’s Outdoors
Evaluation Criteria:
40% Experience and Excellence in online video production – concepts, scripting, production, editing and web optimization
30% Professional in house project team with project manager to meet all project deadlines
20% Knowledge of current technologies, standards, best practices
Vision to create videos that will appeal to appropriate audiences and be shareable
10% Knowledge of the area
