Main Street Pinedale is offering a three-part series of webinar presentations on things that can be done to the downtown Pinedale area to contribute to Pinedale's unique sense of place and maintain the area as the social, cultural, and financial hub of the community that attracts civic pride, investment and visitors. The presentation is called "20 Ingredients of an Outstanding Downtown".

Part 3: The Merchants To-Do List * The power of blade signs * Sidewalk cafe - their importance and how to get them * Curb appeal - it can account for 70% of first time sales * Naming your downtown * Plus two other critical ingredients Participants will see dozens of photographic examples, case histories and "how they did it" examples. This webinar will provide insights to increase tourist business, new residents, new investment, and want to stem the "leakage" of locally-earned money being spent elsewhere.
