The Oil and Gas Financial Journal posted a story on Monday, Dec. 10th saying that Ultra Petroleum (UP) has agreed to sell its pipeline system and central gathering facilities ("LGS") in the Pinedale anticline in Wyoming to Pinedale Corridor for $225 million in cash. Pinedale Corridor is a newly formed subsidiary of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc.
