Nordic ski grooming report – Feb. 18, 2013
February 18, 2013
Report courtesy of Mike Looney Monday, February 18th – President’s Day: Overcast and wind-blown today, got a dusting of new snow. There’s a little breeze and it’s kind of cold, 2 degrees at Kelly parking lot this morning. Old Road Trail, Lower Surveyor, Upper Surveyor, Moose Ridge freshly groomed this AM. Rest of the trails in ok shape. Road is in good shape, might be some slick spots in places. Thanks to everyone who is looking after their pets. Reminder that dogs are not allowed on the north side of the parking area, but they are welcome on the south side in Lower Surveyor, Kelly Tie-In, Old Road Trail and Kelly Park. We’re losing the snow at the Golf Course pretty quickly, grass showing in many areas. Hopefully will get some more snow later this week.
Funding for Nordic trail grooming is provided by the Sublette County Recreation Board, through the Sublette County Commissioners. ___________________________________________
