Wyoming Lottery Bill HB77 passes
But still not a done deal
February 23, 2013
According to an update from Albert Sommers, Wyoming House District #20 Representative, the Senate passed House Bill 77, the lottery bill, in an amended form on Friday, Feb. 22. Money from the lottery earnings will go to K12 education in Wyoming.
But it still isn’t a done deal. Since the Senate made amendments to the bill, it now has to go back to the House. After that, if the House and Senate get a bill they both agree on, Governor Mead will need to sign it before it becomes law.
