White Pine RMSHA Hillclimb March 8 & 9

The Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Hillclimb Association will hold the White Pine RMSHA Hillclimb on Friday & Saturday, March 8 & 9 at White Pine Ski Area. Over 300 races will take place climbing up an elevation of 9,500 feet up Fortification Summit. White Pine Ski Area is located 11 miles from Pinedale in the Bridger-Teton National Forest.
Admission is $5. Children under 12 years of age are free. Admission will be collected at the entrance to White Pine Ski Area from Skyline Drive Road. The ski area will be open for Alpine and Nordic skiing during the hillclimb event. Season Pass ticket holders do not have to pay to be admitted. Gates open at 8am and close at 4pm. There will be concessions, food and beer available at event.
Parking is expected to be very limited both days and spectators are encouraged to either carpool or take the free shuttle from town. The free shuttle is being sponsored by Sublink Stage, the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce, the Pinedale Travel and Tourism Commission, and the Town of Pinedale.
Park and Boarding Locations: Lincoln & Pine Corner Lot on west side of Pine Pine Street & South Tyler Corner opposite Visitor Center Ballfield Parking Lot on Fremont Lake Road Bus will depart town hourly at a 30 minutes past the hour schedule from town departure points. Bus will depart White Pine at the top of each hour – last bus will be at 5pm. 7:30am: Corner Lincoln and Pine 7:35am: Stop on Pine opposite Visitor Center (outside County Offices) 7:40am: Stop at Ballfields parking area
Bus will head up to White Pine drop and come straight back to town.
There will be one 25-person bus that will run on Friday and two 25-person buses will run on Saturday.
