Arye Espenscheid, an 11-year old from Big Piney, Wyoming, is being honored as the Champion Mindset Young Leader of the Month for April 2013. Arye began showing livestock three years ago, after winning a 'Greased Pig' pig competition at his county fair. He has won numerous awards, most distinctly winning the Grand Champion Market Hog at the Sublette County Fair last year.

The Champion Mindset Bootcamp, a coaching program developed by founder and Head Coach Erica David from Sublette County, teaches youth leadership through livestock exhibition, striving to develop young people whose positive attitudes and strong work ethic empower them to become leaders - in the show ring, in agriculture, and in life.
