Devan LaMere returned from Alyeska, Alaska recently with top 15 finishes in Giant Slalom and Super G in the 2013 Alpine Western Region Championships, missing the top ten and medaling by only 4/100ths of a second in the Super G race, and only three seconds behind the top finisher. There were 84 of the best female athletes, ages 14 -16, from nine western states attending. Devan spent eight days skiing in Alaska. She would like to thank Rocky Mountain Bank and Farm Bureau Insurance for their support in this endeavor.
