Women’s Safety Challenge May 1st

Join SAFV and the PAC at the Women’s Safety Challenge, a class that teaches the women of Sublette County risk-reduction practices, martial art techniques, personal safety awareness, and empowering verbal assertiveness skills.
The class is FREE and open to all women and girls of Sublette County. The class starts on Wednesday, May 1st from 5:30 to 7 pm at the Pinedale Aquatic Center’s Summer Expo. To register calling the PAC, 307-367-2832 or SAFV, 307-367-6305. Limited number of openings.
The program will be on May 1, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 5:30– 7 PM in the PAC gym. This 5-week course will teach risk-reduction practices, martial art techniques, personal safety awareness, and empowering verbal assertiveness skills. The course will be taught by Kung Fu San Soo Instructor Jeff Mak, who has been studying the art since 2001 and is currently studying under Master Ken Hensley at the Martial Arts Academy in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
