Washington, D.C. – A new website that aims to provide Congress and the American people a list of the programs that exist within the federal government went live last week. That way tax payers can see where their money is going, according to U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., who voted for the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010 which authorized the creation of the website.

"The federal government needs to be accountable to the public and this website is another tool to provide more oversight for federal spending," said Enzi. "When you’ve overspent by $17 trillion, shining light into every agency and every program is a step in the right direction."
