Weather Update, Sunday, January 5, 2014, 3PM: WIND CHILL WARNING in effect from 6PM Sunday to 8AM Monday for Upper Green River Basin. Wind chill values from 25-40 below zero expected. Frostbite to exposed skin can occur within minutes to unprotected extremities (fingers, toes, earlobes, noses...) Wear layered, loose-fitting, warm clothing if you must go outside. Try to stay out of the wind. High danger of frostbite, hypothermia or even death is possible if proper precautions are not taken out in the weather in these conditions.
