The Sublette County Conservation District Seedling Tree Program enables farmers, ranchers and other landowners to obtain trees at nominal cost. The purpose of this program is to encourage landowners to plant effective wind barriers to protect buildings, cropland and feedlots, and for erosion control, reforestation and other conservation practices.
Conditions for eligibility to get seedling trees are: 1) You must own at least two (2) acres of land. 2) This nursery stock must not be used in ornamental or landscaping plantings. 3) No plant purchased from the Sublette County Conservation District or their distributors may be resold as a living plant.
If trees ordered are not available, a refund will be issued unless a substitution is requested.
