The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office is seeking public comments on a proposal to renew a livestock grazing permit for the James Ryegrass and Webb Draw Pasture allotments west and northwest of Pinedale, Wyo. The preliminary environmental assessment (EA) is available at www.blm.gov/wy/st/en/info/NEPA/documents/pfo/grazing.html. A hard copy of the EA is available by calling 307-367-5304 no later than Feb. 28. Public participation is a key component of the EA process and helps the BLM develop a reasonable range of alternative actions and a comprehensive environmental analysis. Written comments relating directly to this proposal and identifying specific issues, concerns, ideas or mitigation should be emailed to blm_wy_pinedale_grazing_permit_renew@blm.gov with "James/Webb Public Comment" in the subject line; faxed to 307-367-5329; or mailed or delivered to the BLM, Attn: Travis Ames, P.O. Box 768, 1625 W. Pine St., Pinedale WY 82941. Comments must be received by March 18.
