LOTS of snow!

Weather Update, Saturday, Feb. 8th, 4:30PM: Multiple Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories out for western Wyoming through Monday morning. Chains required on some mountain passes. Snowfall off and on all weekend, heavy at times. 12-21 inches has already fallen through 3PM Saturday. 5-10 inches of additional snowfall expected by Monday morning, with locally higher amounts. Bondurant has 4 feet of snow.
Increased risk of avalanche danger. Near white-out conditions on roads at times. Gusty winds and heavy snow may make travel difficult if not impossible over mountain passes this weekend.
Travel only in emergency conditions, carry emergency supplies and allow extra time to reach your destination. I-80 open at the moment, strong cross-winds. Be alert for snowplows on roads.
