Pinedale Junior Council members met with Wyoming Governor Matt Mead on Monday at the Capitol in Cheyenne to discuss issues relating to their community and learn more about the State legislative process. The Jr. Council members are interning all this week for State Senator Stan Cooper and House District #20 Representative Albert Sommers. Pinedale started the Junior Council program several years ago to get high school students engaged to learn about their local government process. "This is the fifth year of the Jr. Council program, it has been a huge success," said Mayor Smith.
