Community Health Education Summit Oct. 1st

A free, Community Health Education Summit will be held in Pinedale on Wednesday, Oct. 1st from 10am-5pm at Sublette BOCES, 665 N Tyler Ave. This is an educational summit intended to bring health information and awareness to the community.
There will be screenings for Stroke Risk, Blood Pressure Check, ECG, and Colorectal Screening. Organizations that will have informational booths include: SAFV Pregnancy Resource Center Pinedale Dental Southwest Counseling Sublette County Rural Health Care District Wyoming Cancer Resource Services Rural Healthcare Foundation Wind River Yoga Wind River Therapeutic Massage Gwen Schwab Public Health Altitude Drug MESA
