Proactive Rehabilitation & Fitness Center is hosting their 25th Birthday Celebration on Thursday, October 2nd. They will be having a 5K Poker Run & Open House. The Poker Run starts at 5:15 (5:30PM cut off start time). Appetizers at 6PM.
