Thursday, November 27, 9:30AM report: 25 degrees, overcast. Kelly Park, Upper Surveyor, Moose Ridge, and Old Road Trail all groomed for classic and skating. Should be good skiing. Watch for wildlife – lot of moose and deer in the area. Still lots of obstacles in the trails – take your old skis if you have them. Happy Thanksgiving! Editor’s note: No services yet at White Pine, but the Warming Hut has a restroom. White Pine Ski Area has set a tentative opening date for Thursday, December 4, 2014, conditions allowing.
