Veteran’s Day Observances Nov. 11th

Tuesday, November 11th is Veteran’s Day. On this day we salute and honor the American veterans and active duty members of the military who have served, fought, and many who paid the ultimate price to protect our freedom and way of life. The American flag is flown with pride to show support for those who have served and those who continue to serve today.
Below are Veteran’s Day programs taking place in Pinedale, Big Piney and LaBarge on Tuesday, November 11th:
Veteran's Day Observance in Big Piney At 8:30AM the Big Piney Scouts will lead the Big Piney Elementary School in the Pledge of Allegiance. At 9AM Boys and Girls State representatives will give speeches on their experiences with a slideshow presentation at the Big Piney High School. The school choir and band will perform.
Veteran's Day Observance in Pinedale At 8:45AM Pinedale Elementary School 5th graders will give a Veterans Day performance at the Elementary School. The Pinedale Boy Scout will be raising flags and leading students in the Pledge of Allegiance. At 10:30AM in the Pinedale High School Auditorium. Hosted by American Legion Post 47 and VFW Post 4801 and their Auxiliaries. The Pinedale High School and Chorus will provide musical selections. Boys and Girls State representatives will relate their experiences. A public luncheon will be served at the VFW Post 4801 following the festivities.
Veteran's Day Observance in LaBarge At 2PM all LaBarge Elementary School students will be participating in a concert saluting veterans past and present.
