Presentation on Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef June 17th
June 10, 2015
Ever heard of it? It's an international movement by environmental organizations to take over control of the cattle industry and beef food production market and impose rules and regulations on cattle producers. Learn more about the organization that wants cattle producers to comply with local, state, national and international laws on biodiversity, greenhouse gas emissions in the beef food chain, minimum wage regulations, meeting animals' psychological requirements, minimizing animal stress and pain, veterinary medicine requirements, recycling requirements, respect for human rights, water quality and biological diversity requirements, and more.
The talk is an informational and education session sponsored by ICOW. Wednesday, June 17th, starting at 6PM in the Lovatt Room of the Pinedale Library. Taylor Haynes will be the guest speaker. All cattle producers are encouraged to attend. For more info call Kay Jensen, 307-537-5216. Learn more about the Global Roundtable on Sustainable Beef at www.grsbeef.org.
