Flag Notice

Wyoming Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Barack Obama’s Proclamation, has ordered both the United States flag and the Wyoming state flag be flown at half-staff statewide until sunset on July 25, 2015 honoring the service and sacrifice of the four Marines and one Sailor killed at the tragedy in Chattanooga, Tennessee and honoring their families during this difficult time.
