Dave Bell spent time in the Bondurant/Jack Creek and Dell Creek area as well as took a spin to Big Sandy Opening recently. "It has been a while since I have been to Big Sandy Opening. The road in is literally ‘third world’ quality. Be prepared for a BUMPY ride. Needless to say, the parking lot was full-up plus some. Lots of activity with groups coming and going on a Saturday. As usual, gorgeous scenery and still very green. Might also add, Big Sandy Lodge is open and looks great. This morn (Sunday) the fog was thick in the Bondurant Valley and as it broke the light in the Jack Creek Basin was extraordinary. The meadows are so green!"
