August 24, 2015
On August 22 (Saturday), at approximately 7:00pm, Sublette County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) deputies, EMS and Fire personnel responded to a rock formation east of Boulder Lake Road for the report of a 10-year-old boy who had fallen into a rock fissure and was stuck. Due to the depth of the fissure and the inability of the initial responding units to reach the child, Tip Top Search and Rescue’s High Angle Team was mobilized. With the cooperative efforts of all involved, the child was safely extracted from the fissure with only a few minor injuries.
