Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise to sunset on Friday, September 11, 2015 to honor those who lost their lives 14 years ago (September 11, 2001) and to mark Patriot Day and the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
