Main Street Pinedale hopes to revive Pinedale Winter Carnival

Public meeting Sept. 23; Carnival tentatively set for Feb. 20, 2016
Main Street Pinedale would like to restart Pinedale’s Winter Carnival, with a 2016 Carnival tentatively set for February 20th. The group would like to hear from interested community partners willing to provide an event, serve on the organizational committee, volunteer with activities, or help in whatever capacity volunteers can. Main Street Pinedale plans to host an organizational meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6:00 pm in the Lovatt Room at the Pinedale Library. This meeting is open to the public.
Discussion topics:
1). What events should be included
2). Who will spearhead each event
3). Requirements (funding, volunteers, equipment) for each event
4). Seating an Event Committee
5). Scheduling Committee meetings
